javier acelero y tarto de orillarse, pero la camioneta era mas rpida y se preparaba para otra embestida. La volcadura se provocado cuando el auto de Javier, tras dar un volantazo, fue golpeado de lado por la camioneta.

El conductor de esta asuntado intento frenar. Su camioneta se patino hasta golpear un coche que estaba estacionado en la lateral. Dentro del auto no haba nadie, pero el dueo estaba parado en la banqueta y vio todo.

Despus de la colisin, de la camioneta se bajaron dos jvenes de la edad de lalo en estado de ebriedad. El golpe que le haba propinado al auto estacionado era menor pero el dueo pareca muy alarmador. El dueo de auto estacionado le dijo a lo dos jvenes que venan en la camioneta que si ya haban visto lo que haban hecho y le sealo hacia el auto de Javier que se haba incrustado en la pared.

Haba vidrios por todas partes. Y en el pavimento, yaca el cuerpo de un muchacho era lalo. Espantados los dos jvenes escaparon a toda prisa. Un vecino llamo a la ambulancia, y a la polica. Al llegar la patrulla tomaron las declaraciones del dueo del auto chocado y de otros testigos.

Javier estaba baado de su propia sangre y tuvo que ser llevado al hospital enseguida. Miguel tampoco daba seales de vida. El dueo del auto chocado vio que uno de los dueos de la camioneta se apalabraba con un polica y el polica lo deja huir y entonces el dueo del auto chocado alarma al polica pero este le dice que no se meta.

Y margarita le pregunta al agente del ministerio pblico que si por que no estaba en el expediente todas las declaraciones, las fotografa y dems pruebas. Entonces l agente se molesta y le dice que l caso ya esta terminado y es declarado con un accidente vial.

Margarita indignada de lo que estaba pasando le reclamo al agente la poca sensibilidad y actitud de prepotencia que tenia. Como era posible que el asesinato de su hijo quedara impune.

Pero margarita sabia que no haba sido un accidente por que la noche en la cual fue a reconocer el cuerpo de su hijo tuvo la oportunidad de habla con un vecino quien le relato todo lo que vio.

heya sabia de los dos jvenes alcoholizados que bajaron de la camioneta y huyeron. Ella saba que haba sido un asesinato y no un accidente. Margarita sabia que si haban extorsionado al agente del ministerio publico. As que decide no darse por vencida tan fcilmente y reclamar todos sus derechos que tiene para hacer justica el asesinato de su hijo y que pagaran los dos jvenes por lo que haban hecho para que no le sucediera lo mismo a otros jvenes.

Por que si lo dejaran libre iba a pasar lo mismo de nuevo. margarita tenia toda la fuerza para lucha en contra de la injusticia que se estaba cometiendo en este caso. as que margarita decide asist a una radiodifusora para exponer su caso denunciar los hechos que viva.

En la radiodifusora se interesaron en su caso pero le dijeron que lo nico que podan hacer era exponerlo al pblico. Ellos empezaran sus propias investigaciones y tardara unas semanas. Margarita ya desesperada hiso su denuncia, sin saber por que medio buscar justicia se dirigi a la comisin de los derechos humano la cual tambin presto atencin.

Los abogados tomaron notas de lo que haban pasado pero le dijeron qu su caso tardara un poco. Desesperada Margarita no sabia que hacer ya todo lo que estaba en sus manos lo haba hecho.

Entonces fue a visitar a la mama de Javier y miguel para ver como estaban. javier estaba en estado de cmo y miguel haba sufrido serios golpes en la cabeza.

la mama estaba desolada. No saba tampoco si podran procurar todo el gasto mdico necesario. Margarita intento hablar con los padres acerca de la desaparicin del expediente y de lo que haba hecho ella para buscar justicia pero a los padres de los jvenes no l intereso nada, prefirieron dejar las casas como estaba para no meterse en problemas.

los padres de los jvenes le respondieron a margarita para que pelear si a mis nios no les devuelven la salud. Margarita le contesta para que no les pase a otros. De nada sirve prefiero usar el dinero para pagar doctore que para sobornar a un juez. Fue la respuesta del padre. Despus de esto Margarita asisti a una instancia del gobierno local encargada de la investigacin a servidores corrupto.

Y expuso su caso y la mandaron de regreso al ministerio pblico para que la entrevistaran. Posteriormente Margarita se regreso ala agencia del min misterio publico, pero al entrevistarse con el servidor publico encargado , este le dijo que no le importaba a quien le denunciara lo sucedido, que mejor e olvidara del caso o le ira muy mal.

Margarita le hablo al director y le conto lo que haba pasado y el director la ayudo a ser justicia por fin detuvieron a los dos jvenes, al polica y al agente del ministerio publico por corrupto y por no hacer bien su trabajo. Margarita pudo estar bien consigo misma por que hiso justicia por la muerte de sui hijo para que no se quedar impune y adems para que no le volviera a pasar a alguien ms lo que ella tubo que vivir para hacer justicia.

Por que no se vale que existan este tipo de personas que se venden sin imprtales el sufrimiento ajeno es decir son aptico y no se ponen en el lugar de la persona afectada. Por que la apata es un gran problema por que afecta mucho a las personas por que uno solo busca su propio beneficio y no el beneficio ajeno es decir no nos importa si asemos mal y perjudicamos al quien sea al fin de obtener el beneficios propio.

Pero no se debe actuar as siempre nos tenemos que ponernos en el lugar de la persona afectada para saber lo que esta pasando esa persona.

Y siempre buscar la justicia Para mi parecer margarita es un ejemplo de que cuando todo esta en contra de uno no nos debemos de dejar vencer siempre debemos buscar otras salidas pero siempre tener la seguridad y la certeza de que estamos haciendo lo correcto y no pensar que es una perdida de tiempo como los papas de los otros dos jvenes por que no era gusto que no se hiciera justicia.
